Can I reject my faulty used car?
A few months ago I bought a Toyota Previa diesel (2002) with 64,000 miles on the clock. Within two weeks it required a new clamp on a hose. It also needed re-sealing of the oil sump. Now it requires a replacement turbo at a cost of £1200.
Furthermore, my emails regarding the V5c, which I foolishly did not ask to see before payment, have been ignored and I have yet to receive it. Do I have grounds for rejecting the car or any expectation of contribution towards repair costs?

When you buy a car from a dealer there is an implied warranty that no fault is present or developing for a period of six months. Consumer rights here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
