Branch has hit my car - can I sue the car park firm?
I am a member of a golf club owned by a large company where most of the official car parking is under mature trees. There are signs saying that cars are parked at the owners risk.
Last week, on a windy day I parked in a designated parking slot under trees as there was no treeless slots. A rotten branch dropped and put a sizeable dent on the rear wing panel of my almost new Audi TT. Have I any redress from the company?

No, because you were warned by the notices that you park there at your own risk.
