Best car for £7000?
I need to replace my 2002 Ford Focus diesel estate. My distance to work is 14 miles so I need something frugal (diesel?) that will last five years. What would you recommend with a budget of £7000?

I have a budget of about £12k and am torn between buying a used Seat Leon 1.6 TDI SE and the Hyundai i30 1.6CRDI. I would use it to travel about 20,000 miles a year so must have a diesel. What do you suggest?
