Please let me once again extol the virtues of Liverpool Victoria insurance services. Having visited the recent Malvern Motorhome Show we fell in love with a 2006 Pioneer Jolliet, which we committed to buy and so sold our old 1993 Holdsworth Valentine on eBay (eBay once again coming up trumps with the bidding reaching our reserve and a quick sale ensued). I phoned LV only to find that they wouldn’t cover the Jolliet, so, when I subsequently called them to say the Valentine had gone I asked them to put on record that I didn’t want to cancel the insurance with them, just change vehicles, and really wanted to stay with them - in other words that the cancellation was down to them. Their representative understood immediately and waived the £40 cancellation fee. Top marks again for LV.
