Thanks for your recommendation of API Engines for repairs to my Subaru's engine.
I followed your advice and took my Subaru to API Engines who turned out to be excellent. Although Subaru (IM Motors) eventually (and too late) offered 60 per cent off the cost of parts as long as I had the work done by a Subaru Dealer (this did not include API), API were still 60 per cent of the estimated dealer cost and they gave me a fixed price and stuck with it. So far the car is running very well having had a complete engine re-build at API, who are clearly staffed with genuine real engineers.

Many thanks. Another excellent accolade for www.APIengines.com, which, though it supplies all makes of Japanese engines, prefers to work on Subarus.
