Buying a second hand car for £6k- what would you recommend?
I commute 24,000 miles a year mostly on motorway and usually queuing in traffic. I'm looking to replace my Volkswagen Polo 1.4 petrol which I drove into the ground (235,000 miles) and I’d like a diesel (chain cam).
I need low running costs but also I am concerned about comfort (I have long legs) as I am in the car for three hours a day and suffer hip and knee problems as a result. What do you suggest I buy with a budget of £6000?
