Ford C-Max - Should I get an EcoBoost?

I'm looking at replacing my Ford C-Max with the newer version. My mileage is around 10,000 a year and I’m not looking for high performance - reliability is more important. My choices are between the 1.0 EcoBoost and standard 1.6. Which would you recommend?

We're seeing slightly worse real life mpg from the 1.0 EcoBoost than from the 1.6: www.honestjohn.co.uk/realmpg/ford/c-max-2010 Of course the annual VED is less for the 1.0 EcoBoost and it's more enjoyable to drive.
