Court summons for parking fine I've already paid - what are my rights?
I have been sent a court summons relating to a parking fine; however, I am somewhat confused as I paid the fine three months ago. What are my legal rights in this situation?

Attend the court with proof of payment and claim for all your wasted time at whatever your hourly work rate is.
