Good feedback on Drive the Deal

Thanks. Became aware of Dive the Deal for sourcing a new car through your column. What a find. Ten weeks later the new spec E-Class is on my drive. Quick, clean, competitive, communicative and helpful process - that's customer service. It beats the face to face pomposity of Mercedes-Benz dealerships (and Brooklands!) on the Gin and Martini belt of Sussex and Surrey. Many thanks.
