Exhaust Emission Light on a Corsa?
First one is that there is a ticking noise on the engine when idle, (I have recently had the water pump changed).
Second one is my Exhaust Emission Light came on yesterday and kept on, when I had two new tyres put on the car last week they said that the Middle Section was blowing on the Exhaust. Could this be the reason for the light?

Assuming this is a 1.0 or a 1.2, the ticking noise will be the timing chain tensioner. How clean is the engine oil? 2nd question, yes. The light is on because the sensor has detected the blow.
