I am about to replace my V Reg 1.9 TDI Volkswagen Passat, which has 250k on the clock.
I have always liked the solidity of a Volkswagen.
An estate would be good and I have £3-3.5K to spend.
What are my options?

Another one. But stick to the 2001-2005 model, not the 2005-2011.
