Should I buy a new warranty for my BMW 123?

I own a BMW 123 convertible which has done 22,500 miles and at three years old is now just out of warranty. I do about 10,000 miles a year. I have been considering buying a further warranty but I'm confused by the different levels of cover, some of which appear very expensive and seem to have such long lists of exclusions that it is hard to see what is actually covered. Do you recommend these warranties and can you recommend one that gives good value for money?

The only people I recommend are www.warrantydirect.co.uk because if there is ever a dispute I have a direct line to the MD, and if the grievance is genuine I can get it sorted out. I cannot do that with any other warranty.
