Need a car with supportive seats

Which make and models of cars have a reputation for good supportive seats? I drive a 2007 BMW 3 Series, but I am certain that the seat is causing my existing painful back condition to worsen, I now have sciatica and the thought of driving for any longer than 10 minutes fills me with horror.

Right hand drive E90 3 Series had a slightly twisted driver’s seating position. With the F30 3-Series, BMW has corrected the deficiencies. I've done 610 miles in a day in an F30: 11 hours driving. But for the best seats in a small car, try a FIAT 500. They actually cure back problems. Best seats in a medium car: Mazda 5 TS2.
