Is this a good method of removing the address of a fake owner from the DVLA database?
I can suggest an easier method of RB of Daventry removing the address of the fake owner from the DVLA's database? Simply make a complaint to the Information Commissioner that the DVLA is holding false information on DR's address, itself an offence under the Data Protection Act. That should do the trick without having to go to the expense of a court order.
