I think I hit a parked car - but I'm not sure?
I was in my works private car park on Saturday and think I hit a BMW, I heard a noise so I think I did. I got out to look at my car and there was absolutely no damage, no scratches no anything. I went to look at the car I think I hit and there was a massive dent, and scratches and a broken number plate, basically they'd need a new bumper. I went to see my boss absolutely distraught and see came out to see it and told me there was no way I could do that kind of damage without any damage to my car, she said it would have been there before, so I didn't leave my details and left. Have I done the right thing? or should I go and find the driver and pay for damages even if it might not have been me?

If you are certain you did not hit the BMW (you would have felt as well as heard the impact) then do nothing. If you are certain you did hit ut, then find the driver and fess up.
