Tyres changed for none-runflats on a BMW
I have just purchase a used BMW 318i SE from a non BMW Franchised Dealer.
When I test drove the car is had Bridgestone Potenza Run-Flat tyres all round. Before agreeing to purchase the car I confirmed with the salesman that there was no spare tyre. He said no as it has run-flat tyres.
After picking up the car I found the front tyres had been changed to Kumho non run-flat tyres.
I am concerned if these are safe combined with Run-flats on the rear of the car?
I also feel mis-lead as I understood the car came with all-round run-flats as recommended by BMW hence no spare wheel.
Can I insist they replace the front tyres with Run-Flats?

That should never have happened and you are entitled to demand that the tyres are replaced with runflats or your money is refunded.
