Failed aux belt caused a snapped timing belt - common issue?
Auxiliary belt wrapped round timing belt causing it to snap and in turn causing serious engine damage. Is this a common problem on Volvo V70 D5s (2008 plate, 88,000 on the clock)?

Quite a common problem generally, not just with Volvo D5s.
