Can I return my problem car?

I bought the car in September and I have had to have the brakes replaced. The garage replaced this at its cost four weeks after purchase as I got VOSA involved.

The car seemed fine until now. It keeps going into a safe mode and losing all power. With the car being 12 weeks old does this make the dealer liable for fixing it as I found the fault within six months?
