Car Insurance for the elderley

I have now taken over responsibility for organising the insurance for my elderly Mother's car. She is 86 years old and drives a Honda Jazz (on your recommendation). Her annual mileage is very low - well under 5000 miles per year.

Could you recommend a cost effective insurance company specialising in car insurance for the elderly?
