Renault Lemon - how do I get my money back

I bought an Espace from CCS Garage, Chapelhall, Airdrie. I paid £3500 and was assured it would be fully inspected before going out. Problems arose from day one, with locks not working, rear wiper missing, oil leak, turbo lag, seats don't slide or lock properly, buttons missing, different size tyres and filthy filters.

I took the car back to give them the opportunity to resolve these issues. They haven't done to my satisfaction, and since then, the car has blown its turbo - filling the interior with smoke on a busy road, with my wife and children inside.

I just want them to take the car back and return my money. What is the best course of action?

Small Claims Track of the County Court. Warm them first because they may prefer to capitulate than to let the matter go to court.
