Changing a cam belt - can you give me some advice?

When do I need to change the cam belt, and which is the best place to get it done in the Canterbury / Sittingbourne area please? The car is 8 years old and has covered 82,000 miles.

Timing chain, not belt, so should not need to be changed. But I strongly advice you to go down to regular 5,000 mile engine oil and filter changes to give the timing chain its best chance of survival.
