Replacement car for the in-laws

I have been tasked with identifying a replacement car for my parents-in-law. Their budget is roughly £13k and whilst they would prefer a new car, they may be persuaded by a good 2nd hand model, as long as it is not too old. Key requirements are:
-A high driving position, allowing the driver to 'step-up' into the seat.
-Automatic.
-Isofix for grandchildren.
-5 doors.
-Good sized boot for 2 spaniels.

Initial thoughts are Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV-4 or Nissan Qashqai.

Okay. But smaller add the Hyundai ix20 1.6 auto, KIA Venga 1.6 auto, Toyota Verso S 1.3 3 Multidrive S and Ford B-Max 1.6 Powershift to the list. The B-Max would have to be via www.drivethedeal.com to get it discounted to around £13,000.
