Ford Fiesta - Is this a good deal?

A Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCI is available at a local franchised dealers for £11000, first registered 31.03.11 with 3800 miles on the clock. Is this a good buy and are there any pitfalls I should check carefully?

Far too much money. 1.4TDCI best avoided anyway in favour of the 1.6TDCI. But anyway why buy secondhand when a new Dacia Sandero 1.5 diesel is £8,400?
