Buying a Peugeot 306 for just under £2000 - would you go for this?
I want to buy this used Peugeot: Special Eds £1,795 1999 (S reg), Hatchback Trade seller, distance: 34 miles 62,000 miles Manual 1.9L Diesel, only 62,000 miles with full Peugeot service history 12 stamps 1 vicar owner from brand new MoT January pearl silver metallic ice cold aircon half leather trim remote central locking.
I feel it is overpriced given how old the motor is. Can I make the trader an offer of about £1,200 (on your website the dealer price is advertised up to £1000) instead, given the mileage and service history?
I would also get the suspension, bushes and axles checked before I purchased.

That's a loony price and the dealer probably has £1,250 to £1,500 profit in the car. Don't go near it or him.
