Winter Tyres - should I go for the same size on all?

My tyres are as follows:

Front 205 45 R18
Rear 225 40 R18

I am getting some winter tyres for my car for the winter, would you recommend getting the same as above (summer tyres) or would you get for the same size narrower, i.e 205 45 R18 ?

I'm not talking runflats here as they have been ditched long ago.

Providing the rim widths are the same I'd get all four the same.
