What should my daughter do about a Notice of Intended Prosecution?

My daughter (22) has received a Notice of Intended Prosecution for contravening a red traffic light.

It refers to S36(1) RTA 88 R10 TSGD 02 & Sch 2 RTOA 88 and states that the allegation is supported by photographic & / or video evidence (without providing us a means to check this).

She states emphatically, as does her passenger, that she crossed the line on amber & the only options, according to the N.I.P., appear to be to just accept the allegation or to request a court hearing.

Any helpful advice you can offer, including obtaining sight of the "evidence", would be much appreciated.

Court is the only option where the evidence has to be presented. But if she goes to court and loses she will be hit with maybe 6 points, maybe a £500, plus court costs and £15 'victims support'.
