I don't want my car written off
I have a Toyota Yaris and have done only 35,000 miles. Someone knocked my car at the back of the bumper and my insurance company wants to write it off. Toyota Garage confirmed car is safe to drive yet the insurance company, without seeing, my car, is saying car is not safe to drive.
I had MOT an servicing done on the 4th Sept and MOT has been passed. I want to keep my car.

Tell them you refuse to allow a perfectly serviceable, safe and road legal car to be written off. it's your car, not theirs. They have no right to write it off. If they do so you will sue.
