Should I buy my company Audi A3?

Should I buy my company car? I am changing jobs and will have have to return my leased A3 sportback diesel (170) SE back to the compancy and pay an early termination charge of around £2k or I can buy it for £13,700. I will do around 10k miles per year (mainly short urban runs) and have been looking at the PCP deals available on a Golf mk6 Match 1.4tsi. I like the Audi and have had it for new since March 2010 and it has 31.5k miles on the clock. Either will meet my needs but assuming I change the car in 3 years which is going to be the better option?

I'd worry about short runs in a VAG diesel with a DPF.
