Cars for wheelchair users

My father requires a vehicle, preferably a car, to transport my wheelchair bound brother. Until recently he had been able to transfer from his chair to the front passenger seat, but is no longer strong enough to continue this successfully.

He is six feet tall and approximately 14 stone. My father is in his 70's. My brother will always be a passenger. His chair is a conventional wheelchair with electric power pack drive. Nearly new is preferable due to budget. Either ready modified or retro would be acceptable.
