Insurer quoted details from a different policy
I changed insurer recently when I changed my car. I had two separate policies with the first insurer. When the first insurer provided a letter to prove my accrued NCD, the letter was specific about which policy it related to, i.e. the one that I was replacing for the vehicle that I drive as the main driver.
The first insurer included accidents (albeit no fault or windscreen) that had occurred on the other policy, where my daughter was specified as the main driver in the schedule. What redress should I have, as the new insurer has now included reference to three incidents on my current policy documents.

They are all relevant, not just those on the policy on which they occurred. They all increase the underwriting risk.
