Problem with a newly purchased S-MAX

Last month I purchased a new Ford S-MAX from GK Ford in Alfreton. When I returned home to Edinburgh and was reading the manual I realised there was no locking wheel nut socket in the car, making it impossible to remove any of the wheels.

I phoned the salesman as soon as I realised and after he had spoken to his manager he informed me that they couldn't do anything about it. I then contacted Ford customer services who contacted the dealer and after negotiation the dealer agreed to provide me with a new set of locking wheel nuts.

Needless to say they didn't arrive and I had to contact Ford customer service again. After a month they arrived today and I took them to my local Ford dealer to be fitted. After being told by the salesman at GK Ford that there is a master key my local Ford garage told me this is not the case, they don't have a key to fit and the only way they can remove the old nuts is by drilling them off.

I am looking for advice as to the best way to proceed with Ford and what is the best way to remove the old locking wheel nuts, are there that many different ones that Ford could not provide a master to my local Ford garage? At present I have no way of removing a wheel if I have a puncture. I would be grateful for any help you can provide.
