Problem with a recently purchased used car
Bought an Insignia CDTI Elite 160 (used, 2009 58 reg). I have had it for 1 week.
The car has started to judder every now and again in 2nd/3rd at low revs. After using Google, this is now a known issue for Vauxhall (although many Vauxhall dealers are unaware of it still!) and my car needs an ECU update to rectify this problem. Should I be covered by my 3 month warranty that I got with the car? Or should I be covered with the actual garage I bought it from?

In UK law, has to be sorted out by the "supplier", which is the dealer who sold it to you.
