Occasional insurance

My brother has a 53 reg Renault Kangoo converted to take him in the back in his wheelchair. I will occasionally drive it - 1 or 2 days a month as will 2 or 3 other family members. Can you suggest the simplest most cost effective way of insuring us or me alone to drive it?
