Buying a 1.6-litre first car
My daughter has changed jobs and needs a car for her commute. Her allowance allows for a 1600cc engine and she has a budget of £4-5000. She is 27 years old but has had no previous insurance. She lives in london with only on street parking.
Can you recommend a car that would fit her budget without costing too much to insure.

Don't understand the reason for a 1.6. If she wants cheap insurance then a 1.0 or a 1.2 would be better. Lot of sense in an old shape Fiesta 1.25, for example.
