Automatic MPV for Disabled Person

I am on the Motability scheme and the present car I have is the 1.5 Renault Grand Scenic diesel auto which I consider to be downright dangerous when pulling away at roundabouts etc as it is woefully underpowered. But my question is which is my better choice for my next car, either the Seat Alhambra 2L auto base model, or the Peugeot 5008 1.6L auto top of the range which is £500 less deposit, but I don't want to be in same situation as with my present car.

The 1.5 Scenic diesel auto and the 5008 1.6HDI auto are both automated manuals. Not advised. The Alhambra will be a DSG that can also hesitate when exiting side roads and entering roundabouts, You'd be safer in a Toyota Verso 1.8i Valvematic Multidrive S, which is a CVT and offers a beautifully smooth drive with very nearly diesel economy.
