Goodwill on a failed Citroen C4 shock absorber
My Citroen C4 Picasso failed its first MOT having just turned 3 years old. It failed due to a serious leak on its rear offside shock absorber.
The garage that I normally have it serviced at has confirmed that the shock absorber has a manufacturing defect. The car has 23,000 miles on the clock.
What should I expect from Citroen in rectifying this problem? I understand that like most cars it has a 3 year warranty and I have kept to the servicing schedule.

Expect some goodwill from Citroen. But only if the car is Citroen dealer serviced.
