Ibiza or A3?
I have around £8000 to spend on a used car. I have seen an Audi A3 57 plate with 35000 on the clock for £8250 or i can get an 09 plate SEAT Iiza with 20,000 on the clock for £7500. The SEAT is from a main dealer and the Audi is from a used car lot. I do around 100 miles a week to work and back. Which would you recommened?

Difficult. Early 1.4TSIs seem to be vulnerable to timing chain problems. The SEAT engine is a completely different, much older unit and is not recommended either for a variety of problems. Look them up in www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar
