Fumes in cabin and smoke from exhaust

I have a 06 Vauxhall Zafira 1.9 CDTi 150. We have just had the DPF filter replaced and now EGR valve replaced. The car now intermitently pours out smoke from the exhaust (large amounts) sometimes when stopped, pulling off or driving along. Also every so often the cabin fills with the smell of exhaust fumes which burn your eyes (windows not open when this happen). Please help as I have a baby and the problem in the cabin seriously concerns me.

There remains something fundamentally wrong and this is a problem engine. See: www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/vauxhall/zafira-b-20...d Go back to whoever did the work and accuse them of not having done it properly so you either want it fixed or your money back. I wonder if all the garage did was remove the internals of the DPF entirely and that is what is causing the trouble.
