Where can we have our BMW 1 Series' brake pressure sensor changed cheaply?

Our BMW 1 Series has done 40,000 miles and the warning lights for brakes and DTC have come on. My local, excellent independent garage, B&D Specialist Cars, has diagnosed a rear ABS/DTC module unit fault. In other words, the dreaded Teves failure. We thought we had got away with it after this mileage. Unfortunately, I have mislaid the cutting from your column which listed companies that can repair or supply parts to remedy the problem. BMW wants £1500 to fix it.

BMW has always used the sensible fix for this, which is to replace the brake pressure sensor. Your independent can send your module away to www.ecutesting.co.uk to get it fixed. They charge about £300 - £350, plus the cost of your independent removing and refitting the module.
