Undercovered operation
I'll be selling one of our two cars soon. The insurance on the car is due on 01-11-11. I want to sell it before I have to renew the insurance. If I don't sell it before then, will it be possible for me to not renew the insurance on it but still test-drive it for a buyer using the cover I have for my other vehicle? This is insured fully comp with cover if I drive another car.

No. The car has to be continuously insured.
