Thanks for your intervention regarding a problem with Warranty Direct.
Following your email of 5 Aug I received one from Warranty Direct advising they would re-assess my claim if I sent them copies of the MoT in force at time of repair, the last service bill and the repair bill. I couldn't send all until last Monday. I phoned WD today, as I'm away to the Western Front for a few days, and they advise that there is a letter and cheque for the full repair amount (less excess) in the post today with reasons for their re-assessment in my favour. I am most grateful to you for your intervention and I was, quite honestly, prepared to accept your view as to whether I was justified or otherwise in pursuing the matter. Again many thanks.

That's excellent, but it's the reason why we can recommend Warranty Direct. If there is a dispute it will be dealt with fairly.
