Knees up

My left knee requires surgery, and I drive a considerable number of miles to work. I have been looking for an automatic diesel saloon (preferably 4-wheel drive), and have had little luck. Do you know of such a vehicle, and can you recommend where I should look?

Audi A4 B8 3.0V6 TDI quattro. A BMW X1 diesel auto might suit. That's a hatch, not a saloon. Otherwise it has to be an SUV, like a Honda CR-V 2.2iDTEC auto, BMW F25 X3 2.0D auto, etc.
