Buying a Jaguar X-Type as a family car
I'm considering an X-Type Jaguar estate diesel. It's an 04 plate and costs around£4000. Is it a sensible buy as a family car?
It does appeal as spec is very high - ie leather etc. Or am i likely to encounter high repair bills?

Same thing underneath as a Mondeo III. You'll get a newer one of them for less money and will spend less on repairs.
