Condensation creating emulsified oil in a Suzuki Wagon R

My Suzuki Wagon R oil cap had a lot of 'cream' in it. I was worried that coolant has gone into engine, but later a local garage identified it as a design flaw.

The mechanic cleared a lot of the white gunk in the pipes from the engine, but it is still present, only in smaller quantities.

Can it not be totally eliminated?

This is condensation caused by short runs from cold emulsifying with the engine oil. Some engines are more prone to it than others. Could be that a very long run will get the engine hot enough and keep it hot enough to break down the emulsified oil and evaporate off the moisture.
