Condensation issues after valet

My Yaris 2004 was valeted about three months ago and for some while afterwards there was some serious condensation on the inside of the windows. Over the winter the car wasn't used much and there is now some mould on part of the rear passenger seat and on one or two door panels. How can I remove this without damaging the fabric?

Simply because the car was never properly dried out. Get some dehumidifying dessicant to do that job then once it's bone dry the mildew dust should brush off.
