Finding the owner of an abandoned car

A car was stored in a barn I rent out. It was paid for a few weeks but then it was left for months and no payment has been received. The owner has moved - can I find out who the owner is?

If it had been dumped on your property, yes. Use just cause to apply for keepership details from the DVLA.
