Collecting a seized, uninsured car.

My son's car was seized by police. As I am not eligible on my insurance to collect the car, how can my son reclaim it without insurance?

If your son's car is not 'continuously insured' it is illegal anyway. It cannot be driven on the insurance for another car. You might be able to get a friendly trader to extract it from the pound on his any car trade insurance.
