Uncertain used car history

In August I bought a used 2008 Mazda from a trader & with exception of replacement door locks was assured there had been no accident damage or repairs.

Couple of weeks later during a rainy spell I noticed a significant difference in colour between body panels + paint on front grill was peeling.

I approached main agent with view to rectification under Mazda's six year bodywork warranty but was informed it's not covered as in the past vehicle had been re-sprayed with no supporting documentation within the system.

Trader says not their problem as they were unaware of any previous repairs and have refused to consider further.
