Insurance claim
I was involved in a crash through no fault of my own, my car was parked up and a van crashed into it. My insurance company wrote off the car and is offering me £2100 when the closest match is around £2700 and has claimed that if I don't accept they will take the hire car off me.
They have also told me that I will have to pay the remainder of my insurance in full which is £900, and then they will cancel my insurance leaving me £900 down and no insurance. I don't think this is fair as I wasn't even near the car when the accident occurred.

Yes. Sue whoever crashed into you for all your losses using the small claims track of the county court.
