Which automatic gearbox is more reliable?

What is the more reliable choice secondhand, the VWG group 7 speed DSG or the E-Tech Renault Hybrid gearbox in the Clio?

The Renault Clio E-Tech uses a complicated clutchless automatic without synchromesh and a combination of electronic control and twin electric motors to enable varying combinations of engine and electric power. As this arrangement is still relatively new there is little information available about its reliability. The Volkswagen Group DSG gearbox is available in many different versions - there are eight iterations of the seven-speed DSG alone - so it very much depends which vehicle it is used in.
